In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing or using the jlkk Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jlkk. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jlkk Platform and close your account if one has been created.

Your continued use of the jlkk Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. jlkk will notify Players of material changes via email and by posting an updated version at jlkk.asia/terms-conditions.

To create a jlkk account and access real-money gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. 5. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one jlkk account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances across all associated accounts.

jlkk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

The following rules govern the creation, maintenance, and operation of your jlkk account:

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlkk login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. jlkk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Compromise: You must notify jlkk support immediately if you have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorized access to your account has occurred.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your jlkk account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to any other person under any circumstances.
• Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. jlkk may apply an administrative fee of up to ₱100 per month to dormant accounts following written notice to the registered email address. Any positive balance remaining after the dormancy fee has been applied will continue to be held for the Player.
• Account Closure by Player: You may request closure of your jlkk account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance outstanding at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your last verified payment method.

jlkk accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI Online, BDO Online, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available payment methods are displayed within the Player's account dashboard and may be updated by jlkk without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. The general minimum deposit via GCash and Maya is ₱50.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your jlkk account balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and UnionBank are subject to the processing times of the respective institution.
• Currency: All account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
• Own Funds Only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you. The deposit of funds obtained through illegal means, third-party payment arrangements, or fraudulent transactions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to appropriate authorities.
• Deposit Limits: jlkk permits Players to set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes. These limits may be reduced at any time but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Payment Processing Fees: jlkk does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment service provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees for which jlkk accepts no responsibility.

Players may request withdrawal of their verified real-money balance subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: All withdrawals require a fully KYC-verified account. Players who have not completed identity verification will be prompted to do so before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documents typically include a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.

• Wagering Requirement Check: Withdrawals will be subject to a check of any active bonus wagering requirements. Funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until the requirement is fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited.

The following general betting rules apply to all games and wagering activities on the jlkk Platform:

• Minimum and Maximum Wagers: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and table and are displayed within the game interface before wagering. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable limits.
• Game Rules: Each game offered on the jlkk Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game lobby. It is your responsibility to review these rules before wagering.
• Technical Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction, server failure, or error that affects the outcome of a game round, jlkk reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player. Winnings generated during a technical malfunction may not be honoured.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlkk Platform. jlkk reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement — in response to any of the following:

2. Creating or operating multiple jlkk accounts;
3. Using the jlkk Platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime;
4. Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;

6. Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches rather than reporting them to jlkk support;

9. Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward jlkk staff or other players;
10. Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access your jlkk account.

All content on the jlkk Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, audio, and visual elements — is the property of jlkk or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlkk Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jlkk Platform without express prior written consent from jlkk.

The jlkk name, logo, and Royal Onyx VIP branding are trademarks of jlkk Casino. Unauthorised use of jlkk trademarks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlkk excludes all liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the jlkk Platform;
• Loss of winnings, profits, or gaming opportunities resulting from Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or interruption of service;
• Actions of third-party payment processors, including delays, errors, or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals;
• Interruptions to the availability of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond jlkk's reasonable control, including network failures, natural disasters, or government actions.

jlkk's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits jlkk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

jlkk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where jlkk has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct;
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jlkk;
• The account is subject to a formal investigation by any regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for cause, jlkk reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits not subject to dispute will be returned to the Player following completion of any applicable investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting jlkk support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and all matters arising in connection with your use of the jlkk Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and jlkk, you must first contact jlkk's customer support team and allow jlkk a reasonable opportunity — not less than thirty (30) days — to resolve the matter internally before pursuing any external remedy.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jlkk's internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or to arbitration in accordance with the rules of an agreed arbitration body in the Philippines.

You agree that any claim arising under these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period are time-barred and waived.

jlkk reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — jlkk will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by email to the registered account address and by posting a notice on the jlkk Platform.

Non-material amendments — such as typographic corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in jlkk's services — may be made without advance notice. The current version of the Terms, including its effective date, is always available at jlkk.asia/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the jlkk Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
